Haiti no doubt is an ongoing chronic disaster with a high infant mortality rate while experts include the reports of a thousand bodies lying outside Port-au-Prince General Hospital. United Nations humanitarian spokeswoman Elisabeth Byrs reported that over40 international search-and-rescue teams who started searching for the people who are still fighting for their lives and still trapped in the rubble.
